Delivery Information

Collect in store 

We offer a Collect In Store service - just select 'Pick Up' at checkout. You will receive confirmation by email when your order has been processed and is ready to pick up. 

Please bring your order confirmation and a form of photo ID to prove you are the purchaser.

If you choose this option, we will keep your order in store for 14 days from the date it is ready for collection. If the order is not collected within 14 days, we will assume it is unwanted, cancel the order and issue a refund to your original payment method. 

Shipping

We strive to dispatch all orders the next working day after purchase. Please note that our couriers do not operate on public holidays, which may affect the delivery timelines for orders placed during these periods.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If delivery is missed, it is the customer’s responsibility to rearrange delivery with the courier or collect the order from the local depot within the timescale dictated by the courier. SUSU is not liable if the parcel is missed by the customer. 

UK deliveries

A tracking number is provided to enable customers to track their order with Yodel and is sent by email when the item is dispatched. We recommend allowing 3 to 5 working days for your delivery to reach you after receiving your dispatch email.    If your parcel is undelivered, please advise us of this within 30 calendar days. 

International deliveries

All payments to our online store are in GBP pounds.

Items are sent using the Royal Mail International Tracked service and are based on parcel weight and delivery address.  Please note there is a 2kg limit per parcel with Royal Mail. If your order weighs more than 2kg, we may have to send the order in two or more packages.  For enquiries about posting heavier orders, please contact us on thelocker@soton.ac.uk.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout with an expected delivery aim of 5-7 working days from dispatch.

EU & Northern Ireland

Due to the GSPR legislation introduced in December 2024, we have paused shipping orders to the EU and Northern Ireland while we ensure compliance with the new regulations. We aim to reinstate these shipping options as soon as possible.

USA

We are currently unable to deliver to USA due to the current uncertainty over tariff charges.

Worldwide Delivery

We are able to order delivery worldwide unless stipulated on this page.  Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and international distribution centres.  Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout. If your parcel is undelivered, please advise us of this within 60 calendar days.  International orders may be subject to customs fees upon collection, which are payable by the customer.
